Juventus look to be ahead of Inter in the race to sign Genoa wingback Andrea Cambiaso after talks with his club in the last couple days.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the Bianconeri are now the favourites to complete a deal for the 22-year-old, who Genoa value at around €10 million and would consider a cash-plus-player offer for.

Genoa is still a target for the Nerazzurri, who are looking to reinforce the wide areas in their squad following the departure of Ivan Perisic on a free transfer to Chelsea.

However, Juventus are also very keen on the wingback, who they see as a replacement for Luca Pellegrini in their squad, and are not wasting time trying to agree a deal with his club.

The Grifone have indicated that the asking price for Cambiaso is around €10 million, while they are open to a player coming the other way as part of a deal.
