Inter and Chelsea have exchanged documents on a loan move for Romelu Lukaku, and all that remains is for the player to undergo his medicals for a move to be complete.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that all the necessary paperwork between the clubs is done and that once the Belgian visits Milan this week and gets the formalities out of the way a deal can be done and he will sign his contract.

Talks have gone very quickly between Inter and Chelsea regarding a paid loan deal that would see Lukaku return to Inter, with the 29-year-old’s insistence a key factor along with the Premier League team’s decision to not let his situation in London linger.

There has been an agreement between the two clubs for some time, but now there is also all the official paperwork ready for the move to be sealed and announced.
