Inter will move to sign Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic once Stefan de Vrij is sold, with the Dutchman a target for Chelsea as well as Manchester City.

This according to Italian news outlet La Repubblica, who report that the Nerazzurri will first make sales in the defensive positions and then bring in signings to reinforce the position.

Milan Skriniar is getting closer to a sale to Paris Saint-Germain, and once this takes place, the Nerazzurri will move to sign Bremer from Torino, their top defensive target for the summer.

However, the defensive replacements will not end there as Inter are also very keen on signing Milenkovic who is seen as a like-for-like positional replacement for Skriniar, although the €20 million asking price put on him by Fiorentina means that the money must come from a sale.

It will likely be de Vrij who makes way, with the Dutchman a target for big clubs in the Premier League.

Meanwhile, Leicester City defender Caglar Soyuncu is also a target for the Nerazzurri, although their pursuit of the Turk would be a lot more difficult.
