Dutch side Volendam are confident that they will be able to renew the loan move of Inter midfielder Gaetano Orsitanio from last season.
This according to today’s print edition of Dutch newspaper Voetbal International, who report that the newly-promoted Eredivisie feel that they can secure the 19-year-old midfielder for another season along with his teammate Filip Stankovic.
Nerazzurri-owned goalkeeper Stankovic is already set to renew his loan at Volendam following helping them to promotion to the top flight, but they may not be finished with the renewals, as they are also keen on keeping Oristanio for another season.
The Dutch side believe that they will be able to agree a renewal of the midfielder’s loan with Inter as well as with the player.
Oristanio and Stankovic are not the first young Inter players to enjoy successful loan spells with Volendam, with striker Samuele Mulattieri having also played for them in the season before last where his development within the senior game took another step.
