Cagliari wingback Raoul Bellanova is set to be in Milan on Monday where he will undergo his medicals ahead of a move to Inter.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri will officially sign the 22-year-old soon after all the formalities get wrapped up at the start of next week.

Bellanova is the player who Inter have identified as their priority replacement in the wingback positions following the departure of Ivan Perisic to join Tottenham Hotspur on loan, and they have an agreement in place with Cagliari to sign him.

The 22-year-old was one of the few bright spots for the Rossoblu last season as he impressed with his performances on the right despite the Sardinian side being unable to avoid relegation on the final day of the season.

Today, Inter are set to get the medicals of midfielder Kristjan Asllani and striker Romelu Lukaku wrapped up, and then Monday it will be Bellanova’s turn.
