Inter could move to sign defender Marash Kumbulla from Roma, but the Giallorossi are not keen on selling him.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri could be ready to reignite their pursuit of the 22-year-old, who had been a target for them in the summer of 2020.

With Milan Skriniar looking to be on the way out and Stefan de Vrij’s sale still a possibility in addition to Andrea Ranocchia having already departed, Inter will be looking to reinforce their backline this summer.

Torino’s Bremer is the main target in defense, whilst Fiorentina’s Nikola Milenkovic could be seen as the ideal like-for-like replacement for Skriniar, but these are not the only targets.

Kumbulla is not a regular starter for the Giallorossi and Inter could eye up a move for him, although the capital club are not well-disposed towards a sale as they are annoyed with the Nerazzurri signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan on a free transfer, while Kumbulla weighs on their budget for €20 million in the upcoming season.
