Inter are set to miss out on the signing of Genoa wingback Andrea Cambiaso with Juventus very close to getting a deal done for him.

This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reported live on air that the Bianconeri are set to sign the 22-year-old for €5.5 million plus defender Radu Dragusin.

Cambiaso has been a player linked to Inter for some time, particularly in the wake of the departure of Ivan Perisic, with the 22-year-old seen as a direct positional replacement for the Croat.

However, the Nerazzurri have looked elsewhere in their search for a wingback, getting very close to a deal for Cagliari’s Raoul Bellanova, whilst it is the Bianconeri who have come forward with the strongest interest in Cambiaso.

Juventus should complete a deal for the 22-year-old with Genoa very shortly as they look to make him their first reinforcement at fullback this summer.
