Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio says that Paris Saint Germain have still not arrived at the desired amount for Inter defender Milan Skriniar, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking whilst on the Sky Sport podcast, via FCInter1908, Gianluca Di Marzio explained that Inter appear to be holding out for the fee that they want for Milan Skriniar rather than making any concessions for PSG.

“There are ongoing contacts with PSG who want Skriniar, they have still not arrived at the amount Inter want.”

Inter are hoping for a fee of at least €70 million for their Slovakian defender but PSG are yet to make an offer that high, hovering more around the €60 million mark.

By selling Milan Skriniar, Inter would be able to ramp up their negotiations with Torino to sign Gleison Bremer as well as their option to sign Nikola Milenkovic from Fiorentina for depth.

The signing would also help Inter in their goal to end the summer with a profit of €60 million.
