Inter target Gleison Bremer has said that his future is not definite but he wants to play in the Champions League next season, according to a report in the Brazilian broadcast media.

Speaking during an interview with Flow Sport Club on a show hosted by Ze Roberto, via FCInternews, the Torino defender spoke about his future destination which is still yet to be decided.

He has not ruled out a move to a team outside of Italy as long as they are able to give him Champions League football next season.

“Where am I going to play? I am talking about it with my agent and at the moment there is nothing defined.

“I don’t know if I will stay in Italy or go abroad. The most important thing is to play in the next Champions League and this is important to continue to grow. Everything will be defined in the coming days, in the coming weeks.”

Inter are still the favourites to sign the Brazilian defender as they have had an agreement on personal terms with him for many months. They need to sell Milan Skriniar first though to finance the deal.

Another topic that Gleison Bremer discussed was his opportunity to play for Italy rather than Brazil. He still wants to be called up by Brazil first and foremost.

“My wife has Italian ancestry and will be naturalised. Automatically I will be too. My dream is to be called up by Brazil. In Italy, however, I have made a solid career and playing for Italy is a possibility, let’s see.”
