Inter’s deal for Gleison Bremer is not linked tactically to the sale of Milan Skriniar to Paris Saint Germain, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, there is not a technical link between the signing of the Brazilian defender and the sale of Milan Skriniar but they are still linked in the financial sense.

Inter cannot comfortably pay Torino the fee that they demand for Gleison Bremer without knowing that they are definitely selling a player for a lot more this summer.

There is work to do to find an agreement with PSG who have so far been reluctant to meet Inter’s €70 million valuation of the defender.

The Nerazzurri have had an agreement on personal terms with Gleison Bremer since January and the player wants the negotiation to be concluded as soon as possible as he is ready to make the move.
