Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic is hoping to have two more seasons at Inter as a player before moving into coaching, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Tuttosport, the Slovenian veteran goalkeeper is going to be an Inter player for at least one more season but it could also be two.

He will be a starting goalkeeper this season but will be battling with Andre Onana for that position. It is likely that the Cameroonian will be the number one once he finds his feet and settles in.

As far as the player is concerned, he would be happy to remain at Inter as a player until 2024 if the club are happy with it too.

After that, he will call time on his playing career and start undergoing the necessary qualifications and training to become a coach, a new phase in his life.
