Legendary former AC Milan, Juventus, Real Madrid, and England coach Fabio Capello believes that wherever Paulo Dybala ends up, he will show his class.

Speaking to Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport in an interview published in today’s print edition, Capello praised Dybala’s qualities, and suggested that he could make a big difference for either Inter or AC Milan.

Dybala’s future looks to be one of the major questions of this summer transfer window, with the 28-year-old having looked close to Inter but the Nerazzurri not having yet been able to get a deal over the line for him.

Should the Argentine not join Inter on a free transfer after all but still wish to stay within Serie A, city rivals AC Milan would be among the possible destinations for him.

Capello has no doubts about the quality that Dybala possesses, stating that “The Argentine is a top-class player. Not to mention, he’s also very good at set pieces, which are increasingly decisive in modern football.”

Regarding the possible destinations for the Argentine and which would be more suitable, Capello suggested that the question is not very relevant to the player.

“I don’t want to get into this kind of discussion,” he said. “Let’s first see which team he joins, and then we’ll talk about it, because I don’t have to implicitly recommend going to one team over another. Let’s wait and see where he goes.”
