Anderlecht are set to announce the signing of Inter striker Sebastiano Esposito on a season-long loan deal with an option to buy next week.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Belgians will bring Esposito in on a one-year loan which contains a €8 million purchase option, whilst Inter will have a buyback option included in the deal.

Esposito has been close to Anderlecht for some time, but thus far the 19-year-old has not officially completed the switch, as the Belgian side offload the likes of Joshua Zirkzee and Christian Kouame to make space in their attack.

However, no more obstacles look to be holding up the move, and so the Nerazzurri striker should be officially announced as an Anderlecht player soon, sometime this week.

Esposito played for Basel on loan last season, and he will once again look to gain experience outside of Italian football in the upcoming season.
