Inter have a personal agreement with Fiorentina Nikola Milenkovic on a move this summer, but have yet to begin talks with his club on a deal.

This according to today’s print edition of Florence-based newspaper La Nazione, who report that the Serbian defender would be ready to join the Nerazzurri as a replacement for Milan Skriniar, but that La Viola have yet to agree to a transfer.

Inter have put Milenkovic’s name at the top of their list to take the place of Skriniar now that the Slovakian looks to be close to a departure for Paris Saint-Germain, and they have total agreement with the 24-year-old on the terms of a move.

As of yet, however, Inter have not started negotiations with Fiorentina, and will have work to do to convince the Tuscans on a transfer.

Once Skriniar’s sale goes through, the Nerazzurri could step up their pursuit of Milenkovic by finding an agreement with his club.
