Paris Saint-Germain are thinking about joining the race to sign Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti, while Monza are also increasingly keen on his signature.

This according to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, who report that PSG Sporting Director Luis Campos is an admirer of the 23-year-old, whilst Monza CEO Andriano Gallini would like to pair him with Mauro Icardi in attack.

Pinamonti has no shortage of suitors following his successful loan spell with Empoli last season, and Monza have long been among them.

The newly-promoted club’s plan is now to try and convince him to sign and play in a partnership with Mauro Icardi in coach Giovanni Stroppa’s 3-5-2 system.

Monza’s ambitious plan involves signing Icardi from PSG, whilst the Parisians themselves have registered an interest in signing Pinamonti.

Campos has been following Pinamonti since he was in charge of sporting operations at Lille, and now that he is in his new role with PSG, he would like to bring him to the French capital.
