Flamengo would be ready to offer Inter forward Alexis Sanchez the wages that he currently earns with the Nerazzurri to convince him on a transfer, but they would only want a free transfer.
This according to Brazilian journalist Gustavo Choque, who reported in a post on his Twitter account that the Brazilian giants would be willing the match the 33-year-old’s current salary to make a deal happen, and also that they are all but done with the signing of midfielder Arturo Vidal.
Vidal looks closer than ever to joining Flamengo, but they may not be finished with the 35-year-old as they are also keen on his Nerazzurri and Chile teammate Sanchez.
The Brazilians will be ready to offer the Chilean the same wages that he currently earns, although it remains to be seen if this will be enough to convince him on a move and wrap up his departure from the Nerazzurri.
