Paris Saint Germain are very keen not to be dragged into an auction for Inter defender Milan Skriniar this summer, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere dello Sport, PSG sporting director Luis Campos does not want to see the price of Inter defender Milan Skriniar get driven up by other clubs who also want to sign a central defender.

Chelsea and Bayern Munich are currently competing to sign Matthijs de Ligt from Juventus and the Bianconeri want to sign Napoli’s Kalidou Koulibaly as a replacement.

Luis Campos is aware that one of those three clubs will not get what they want and could then try to sign Milan Skriniar instead.

That is why the French champions are ready to make new bid for the Slovakian which should match Inter’s valuation and finally get the deal off the ground. A quick deal would suit Inter.
