Former AC Milan midfielder Massimo Ambrosini has said that Romelu Lukaku’s move to Inter is the first big move to Serie A of the summer, according to a report in the Italian media.
Massimo Ambrosini was speaking on the sidelines of an event in Florence, as reported by FCInternews, when he was asked about the transfer situation in Serie A at the moment.
The Italian was asked about Romelu Lukaku’s return to Inter on loan and he said it was the first big move but the market is now getting into full swing.
“It was the first big move, but everything is in full swing now: it is complicated to get an idea, it is right not to have them now.”
He then added that there is little use in focusing too much on what teams are doing right now because the situation can be very different by the end of the transfer window.
“Thinking about the current moment is reductive compared to what will happen, but Lukaku is a shot that scores.”
Romelu Lukaku’s return to the Nerazzurri just one year after leaving the club for Chelsea is viewed by many as the move that puts Inter ahead of AC Milan.
