Inter and Paris Saint Germain have hit a stalemate in the talks for Milan Skriniar whilst Inter consider a new defensive option, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

As has been reported by Sky Sport, via FCInternews, the French champions have not taken the decisive step yet that is needed to ensure that the Slovakian defender is part of their team for next season.

For several days in fact, there has been no contact between the two clubs and there is now more of a possibility that Inter will not be selling the defender to PSG and will have to raise funds from elsewhere.

In terms of incoming, the name of Dan-Axel Zagadou has come into fashion after his agent made a visit to the Nerazzurri headquarters on Friday. He is also the agent of Ousmane Dembele.

The former Borussia Dortmund defender is available on a free transfer.
