Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic is Inter’s first-choice option to sign in defense alongside Torino’s Bremer and they have a personal agreement with the player already but not with his club.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are determined to sign two defenders this summer including Bremer, and hope to agree a deal with La Viola for Milenkovic once Milan Skriniar leaves.

Bremer has long been the major priority in defense for the Nerazzurri and will be moved for regardless of what else happens, but with Skriniar also anticipated to leave and Andrea Ranocchia having already departed, another defender is also likely to be targeted.

Milenkovic is clear at the top of the club’s list, and the 24-year-old has already said yes to the move, but so far no inroads have been made on signing him from Fiorentina, who will ask for around €15 million.
