Spanish Segunda Division side Real Oviedo have inquired about the availability of Inter striker Eddie Salcedo.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Spaniards are one of the first teams to show a serious interest in signing the 20-year-old, whose future looks to be away from Inter for next season.

Salcedo spent the season just gone on loan with Spezia, but it was not a particularly fruitful loan spell for the young striker, and now he is searching for another club where he can try and reignite his career within the senior game.

Right now, the young Italian is training with Inter’s squad, but his suitcases are ready to go as far as a move away with a new club anticipated, and it only remains to be seen which clubs come forward and what the player decides for his future.

So far, Real Oviedo have asked for information regarding Salcedo, although it remains to be seen how serious they are and whether the player would be happy with the move.
