Turkish giants Fenerbahce are interested in Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti and ready to rival the likes of Atalanta, Sassuolo, and Monza to sign the 23-year-old.

This according to journalist Osman Cengiz with Turkish newspaper Takvim, who reported in a tweet that Pinamonti has emerged as a target for the Istanbul-based club.

Pinamonti has attracted no shortage of transfer interest both within Serie A and from clubs abroad off the back of his excellent campaign on loan with Empoli last season, although the race for his signature has mostly looked to be narrowed down to Italian club.

However, Fenerbahce are ready to jump into the fray and offer the 23-year-old an alternative destination for the upcoming season.

It remains to be seen what the Istanbul-based club would be ready to put forward in terms of an offer, and whether the player would have an interest in joining ahead of other possible destinations.

Cengiz’s tweet reads, “Fenerbahce are investigating the situation of 23-year-old striker Andrea Pinamonti, who plays for Inter. Atalanta, Sassuolo, and Monza are also tracking Pinamonti, who played on loan for Empoli last season and scored 13 goals in 37 matches.”
