Inter have made it clear to Paris Saint-Germain that they will either have to make a significantly improved offer for Milan Skriniar or else miss out on the defender.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri are prepared to pull the plug on talks and keep hold of Skriniar should the Parisians not raise their offer.
Crunch time looks to be upon the talks for Skriniar, as PSG are aiming to get a deal done very soon and pushing to complete his signing by around this weekend.
So far, however, they have not gone above €55 million in their cash offer for the 27-year-old, which is still a long way from Inter’s asking price.
The Nerazzurri have sent a clear message to the Parisians that Skriniar can stay in Milan if their asking price is not reached with a new offer soon, with the player currently back in training.
