Paulo Dybala has asked his agent Jorge Antun for an explanation as to why a move to Inter has not happened despite the talks having been ongoing.

This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the 28-year-old is back in Italy and wondering why his future has not been resolved, whilst he is ready to turn his attention to Atletico Madrid as his next destination.

A move to Inter had looked to be very close for Dybala last month, and the player had been very enthusiastic about the switch after having received three written offers from the Nerazzurri.

However, the decisive steps have not been taken to make the Argentine an Inter player and he is seeking an explanation from Antun as to why this is the case and what the situation is now.

Meanwhile, Napoli are ready to step up their pursuit of Dybala should talks with Inter permanently stall out, whilst Roma and AC Milan are also lurking in the background, but the player’s priority would be a move to Atletico Madrid if he is unable to join Inter.
