Inter and Paris Saint-Germain are still separated by around €20 million in talks for the sale of defender Milan Skriniar.

This according to Italian news outlet Corriere.it, who report that the two clubs have still yet to come together on a fee and that the Parisians are thinking about moving for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde as an alternative to the Slovakian.

PSG are still pushing to sign Skriniar, but as of yet they have not made an offer which comes particularly close to the Nerazzurri’s asking price according to the Corriere, and there is still a very large gap between their offer and the valuation.

The talks could break down, and in this event, the French champions would be prepared as they have an alternative target ready in the form of Kounde.

The 23-year-old could prove to be easier to sign from Sevilla than Skriniar would be, and they would be ready to turn their attention to him if the gap cannot narrow with the Nerazzurri.
