Inter forward Alexis Sanchez wants to find himself a new club and he is open to receiving severance pay from Inter as long as it meets his terms, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today, the Chilean forward is trying to find somewhere new in Europe where he can continue to play competitive football at a high level.
He has one year left on his Inter contract and he has been offered €4 million net to terminate his current contract which expires by the end of June 2023.
The former Arsenal and Barcelona player would rather find a new club first but he could accept the termination if it were for €5 million instead, the report continues.
Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has been clear that he thinks four forwards are enough for next season but some feel that is a gamble given the age of Edin Dzeko and the patchy form that Joaquin Correa showed last season.
