Alexis Sanchez has not been called up for Inter’s squad in this evening’s friendly clash with Monaco.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Chilean is not included in the team due to the club’s aim of offloading him this summer, whilst the likes of Milan Skriniar, Andrea Pinamonti, Eddie Salcedo, and Samuele Mulattieri have also not been called up.

Inter are working to agree a termination of Sanchez’s contract by mutual consent through severance pay, and so there is little intention to involve him in preparations for the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, Skriniar and Pinamonti have both been dealing with some muscular troubles, and given that both are strongly linked with a transfer away this summer, the intention would be to not risk injuries in the friendly against Monaco.

Lastly, Salcedo and Mulattieri also look all but certain to leave on loan during the summer transfer window, and so they will not be risked against Monaco.
