Paris Saint-Germain still have not made their improved offer to Inter for defender Milan Skriniar.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri are still waiting for the next bid from the Parisians and that the talks are currently stalled until such an offer arrives.

The Parisians still consider Skriniar to be their top target in defense, but as of yet they have not put forward an improved formal offer for him and it remains to be seen when one could arrive.

Inter have no intention of accepting the offer that is currently on the table from the French champions, and so as long as they have not raised their bid, it would be unlikely that the Slovakian would make the switch to the French capital.

The Nerazzurri remain willing to sell Skriniar this summer in order to meet financial goals for the transfer window, but only for the right offer.
