Paris Saint-Germain will make their improved offer to Inter for Milan Skriniar once they complete a sale of defender Presnel Kimpembe to Chelsea.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Parisians will make an offer that should be enough to convince Inter on a deal as soon as Kimpembe’s departure is confirmed.

PSG have long been expected to make a new bid for Skriniar considering that he has remained a priority target for them even after all of their initial offers were swiftly rejected by the Nerazzurri.

However, talks have stalled as the French champions have not yet improved their offer while the Nerazzurri have made their stance clear that they will not sell unless their valuation is reached.

A sale of Kimpembe to Chelsea could be the trigger for the Parisians to move, however, and this looks to be on the way soon.
