Inter will look to meet their target of a €60 million profit in the transfer market by cashing in on Andrea Pinamonti and some fringe players in the event that Milan Skriniar is not sold this summer.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri’s strategy to meet financial objectives would change in the event that Skriniar isn’t sold after all if Bremer does not arrive.

Inter have been negotiating with Paris Saint-Germain on a sale of Skriniar, who looks to have become the main candidate for a big money sale this summer which has been expected to be inevitable.

However, the Nerazzurri would not want to lose hold of the Slovakian in the event that they are unable to sign Bremer to reinforce their defense, and so they would push to extend his contract instead.

Instead of accepting an offer for another big name player late in the window to meet the €60 million financial target, their plan would be to bring in as much as they can from sales of Pinamonti, younger players not in their plans, and then to postpone the big name sale to when they have time to regroup.
