Lens defender Facundo Medina has been offered to Inter in a meeting between his agent and the Nerazzurri.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Argentine’s agent Marcelo Simonian was at the Nerazzurri’s headquarters today, and that one of the main purposes of his visit was to bring up the availability of the defender.

Medina joined Lens from Argentine side Talleres during the summer of 2020, and so far has made 55 Ligue 1 appearances for the club, helping them to two successive top half finishes in the table during his two seasons with the club.

The Nerazzurri will have a chance to see the 23-year-old first-hand when they take on Lens in a friendly match over the weekend.

It remains to be seen if Inter have any interest in signing Medina, who is a highly-rated young player but has not yet broken out at the top level with Lens.
