Simone Inzaghi will be focusing on the Inter players who had international commitments during the joint training session with Novara today, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter will be holding a joining training session with Serie C side Novara today and it will take place at Appiano Gentile at 18:30 local time.

The session will happen behind closed doors and it is said that Simone Inzaghi will be putting special focus on the players that were with their national teams after the end of last season.

Those players were later back to training than everyone else as they were given an extended holiday. That means that the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez could be seeing more intense action than others on Thursday evening.

The coach will want to build up their match fitness as much as possible.
