Milan Skriniar’s Inter renewal is now in the balance and Barcelona have emerged again as an option for him, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

As has been reported by Sport Mediaset today, via FCInternews, Milan Skriniar is now expected to gravitate towards a new contract with Inter after the Nerazzurri’s failure to sign Gleison Bremer from Torino as his replacement.

The Slovakian was expected to move to Paris Saint Germain but their interest has now cooled in the defender because they do not want to pay Inter’s asking price of €70 million.

Barcelona have now emerged as another potential option for the player because they are yet to make a deal work for Sevilla defender Jules Kounde.

It is not clear if Milan Skriniar will raise his financial requests for a new deal with Inter now that PSG showed that they were willing to pay him much more than Inter have ever offered
