Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti was at the top of the agenda at a transfer meeting amongst Atalanta executives on Thursday, according to a report in the Italian print media today.

As has been reported by Corriere della Sera, Atalanta are very serious about signing Andrea Pinamonti this summer and they are ready to make their move soon.

Inter do not want to receive any less than €20 million for the Italian striker who scored 13 goals whilst on loan at Empoli last season. The possible sale of Luis Muriel would definitely help Atalanta to get the deal over the line.

Inter and Atalanta are also linked in the sense that the Nerazzurri could make a move to sign Turkish defender Merih Demiral to bring more depth to the back line.

Inter would want that deal to be a loan with a right of redemption but there is likely to be some haggling on the final formula.
