Inter have been encouraged by Robin Gosens’ physical condition in the past few training sessions and have no intention to sign another full-back, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInternews, the Germain defender suffered a muscle strain injury in the friendly against Monaco last Saturday and it caused some concern at the club that he cannot be counted on to keep fit for the new campaign.

he is now expected to be back at full fitness in a few days time and he will be the starting left wingback to try and emulate Ivan Perisic’s incredible form from last season before he left the club for Tottenham Hotspur.

There was a suggestion that Inter will enter the market for a new player on that side so that they definitely have enough depth to cope with repetitive injuries but that is no longer the case.
