Italian journalist Pierluigi Pardo has said that there is pressure on both Massimiliano Allegri and Simone Inzaghi to win the title this season, according to a report in the Italian broadcast media.

Speaking during a Tutto Convocati broadcast, via FCInter1908, Pierluigi Pardo addressed the fact that many people think there is immense pressure on Max Allegri to deliver the title this season after their bad previous season and the signings they have made.

The Bianconeri have added Paul Pogba and Angel Di Maria to the squad and they have also hijacked Inter’s move for Gleison Bremer.

As Pierluigi Pardo explained, Inter did have a successful season under Simone Inzaghi given they won two domestic trophies but they did not dominate in the way that many people thought they would. For that reason, there is pressure on both of the Italian coaches.

“Inzaghi had a good season and won cups, he narrowly lost a championship that he gave the impression he could dominate. The pressure is not only on Allegri, but also on Inzaghi. Inter and Juve have the Scudetto as their main objective.”
