Fiorentina are thinking about signing either Roma defender Marash Kumbulla or Brescia’s Andrea Cistana to replace Nikola Milenkovic should he leave to join Inter.

This according to today’s print edition of Livorno-based newspaper Il Terrino, who report that La Viola are starting to thinking about their strategy to replace the 24-year-old who is a significant target for the Nerazzurri.

Inter have lined up Milenkovic as one of their main alternatives now that they have lost out on the signing of Bremer to Juventus, and the Tuscans would be willing to negotiate on a sale.

Should Fiorentina have a like-for-like replacement immediately ready to go, this could make talks with the Nerazzurri for Milenkovic go more smoothly.

Kumbulla is one player on their radar, with the former Hellas Verona defender not always a regular fixture in the Giallorossi’s starting eleven, whilst Cistana has impressed with his performances for Brescia in Serie B.
