Inter will be able to meet their target of reducing the wage bill by a total of 15% in the event that they can secure exits of Alexis Sanchez, Andrea Pinamonti, and Valentino Lazaro.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who name the trio as the players who the Nerazzurri are aiming to offload before the transfer window slams shut in order to ensure that their wage bill is reduced.

Inter have already seen several players leave this summer, and while new players have been signed the incoming players’ wages have been greatly outweighed by those of the players who have departed.

The exits to have already have taken place have not yet been enough to slash the wage bill by 15%, but the departure of Sanchez will be key to reaching that amount, whilst getting the wages of Pinamonti and Lazaro off the book should be sufficient to get over the line even if more players are signed.
