Inter and Salernitana have agreed a deal worth €20 million for the sale of striker Andrea Pinamonti, although the player has yet to agree to the move.

This according to the online edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the clubs have reached an agreement regarding the fee for the 23-year-old, and that it will now be up to the Campanians to convince the player.

There has been no shortage of transfer interest in Pianmonti this summer, with the likes of Atalanta, Monza, and Sassuolo having all come forward for his signature, but so far none of his suitors have managed to convince the Nerazzurri with an offer.

Now, Salernitana have made an offer which meets Inter’s asking price for Pinamonti, and so they could be poised to get a deal done for him.

However, a significant obstacle still remains for them in that they have not yet found an agreement with the striker himself, and it will remain to be seen if he gives the green light to the move or not.
