Inter do not look likely to sign another forward this summer, but they must get the exit of Alexis Sanchez from the club sorted out.
This according to today’s print edition of Milan-based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri feel that their attacking options are complete but that offloading Sanchez is the priority in the forward areas.
Inter have already made one major attacking signing this summer in the form of the return of Romelu Lukaku, and while they have been linked with many other attacking players, most notably Paulo Dybala, have kept their powder dry as far as attacking signings go since the Belgian’s loan return.
The feeling within the club is that the players they have in attack are more than suitable for their needs, and that they do not need to bring in another forward during the summer transfer window.
On the contrary, Sanchez is considered surplus to requirements, and the main priority is to make sure that the 33-year-old leaves before the transfer window slams shut.
