Inter must sell Andrea Pinamonti soon if they are to secure the signing of Fiorentina defender Nikola Milenkovic and avoid missing out on him as they did with Torino’s Bremer.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the Nerazzurri’s pursuit of the Serbian international hinges entirely on being able to cash in on Pinamonti in a timely manner.

Inter were bitterly disappointed to see long-term target Bremer join Juventus last week, and part of the reason why they missed out on the Brazilian’s signature is thought to be that they were not able to move for him fast enough.

Had some exits been taken care of earlier on during the window, Inter may have been able to push to sign Bremer and gotten a deal over the line before the Bianconeri had even thought of making him a serious target.

Now, Inter are weighing up moving for Milenkovic as their alternative to the Brazilian, and if they want to make sure that lightning doesn’t strike twice they’ll have to hurry up, which would mean getting Pinamonti out the door.
