Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti has turned down the offer of Salernitana and continues to wait for Atalanta, but Atalanta have yet to meet Inter’s demands.

This according to Italian broadcaster SportMediaset, who report that the 23-year-old has declined Salernitana as Atalanta remain his first choice, but that La Dea are not keen on inserting a buyback option in his contract.

Pinamonti’s future remains very much up in the air, with Salernitana having made a formal offer which the Nerazzurri are prepared to accept, while Atalanta have not yet done so.

However, the player’s desire remains a move to Atalanta, and so he will continue to wait and see if the Lombard team will make an offer that convinces the Nerazzurri.

In the meantime, Pinamonti has no intention of joining Salernitana, and so it will remain to be seen if Atalanta or another club can break through with Inter and get a deal done to sign him.
