Inter have denied in no uncertain terms the rumours that a meeting with Paris Saint-Germain will take place to day to discuss the situation of defender Milan Skriniar.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Nerazzurri have made clear that there are no developments regarding talks with the Parisians, whilst coach Simone Inzaghi has demanded that the player stay.

Yesterday reports emerged from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia which suggested that a meeting between Inter and PSG was on the horizon where they would resume talks for Skriniar’s potential sale.

From the club, however, no confirmations of this have arrived, and on the contrary the Nerazzurri have made clear that they are not planning to meet with the French champions today about Skriniar, for whom the last offer arrived three weeks ago without any further developments.

Now, the Nerazzurri’s plan is to keep hold of the 27-year-old.
