Tottenham Hotspur have offered wingback Sergio Reguilon to Inter, with the Spaniard a possible reinforcement at wingback in the event that Denzel Dumfries leaves this summer.

This according to Italian news outlet Calciomercato.com, who report that the 25-year-old has been put forward to the Nerazzurri by Spurs Sporting Director Fabio Paratici and could potentially be signed if Dumfries is sold, with the team moving around the wide players.

Inter are not thought to be keen on letting Dumfries leave, but in the event that the Dutchman is on his way, they would have to sign another wingback to replace him.

When Ivan Perisic left and left a vacancy on the left, rather than replacing the Croat like-for-like the strategy was to move the versatile Matteo Darmian to the left and sign Raoul Bellanova for the right.

However, should Dumfries leave, the Nerazzurri could consider Reguilon to compete with Robin Gosens on the left, and then move Darmian back to the right to hold down the position along with Bellanova.
