Inter CEO Beppe Marotta is tasked with offloading five current players whose salaries equate to around €20 million gross, according to a report in the Italian media today.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport today, Beppe Marotta needs to find homes, permanent or on loan, for Alexis Sanchez, Andrea Pinamonti, Valentino Lazaro, Eddie Salcedo and Lucien Agoume.

The big hitters in that group are of course Alexis Sanchez and Andrea Pinamonti who the club must have thought would have been training with their new clubs by this stage of the summer.

Alexis Sanchez appears to be waiting for Barcelona and Andrea Pinamonti complicated matters by saying no to Salernitana and choosing to wait for either Sassuolo or Atalanta.

Inter have already managed to reduce their wage bill by €35 million euros but they want to exceed €50 million which is the target set by the owners at the start of the summer.
