It would take an offer reminiscent of Chelsea’s for Romelu Lukaku last summer for Inter to sell Milan Skriniar or Denzel Dumfries this summer, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by Corriere della Sera today, Inter will not be selling either Milan Skriniar or Denzel Dumfries for a cut-price deal at the end of the market. Any prospective buyers would need to dig deep into their pockets.
Last summer it seemed that Inter were going to keep Romelu Lukaku but a bid of €115 million was too good to turn down.
It will take an offer along those lines from a club like Chelsea or Paris Saint Germain for Inter to part with any of their starting players from here on in.
There are not currently any major offers of that level expected to arrive but the situation could change very suddenly in the coming weeks.
