Atalanta feel that Andrea Pinamonti’s clear endorsement of the move puts them in a position of strength when it comes to the fee negotiations, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by FCInter1908, La Dea have so far refused to offer any more than €15 million for the Inter striker but the Nerazzurri are known to be demanding €20 million.

Andrea Pinamonti has already said no to joining Salernitana or Monza as he is set on signing for Atalanta. He would also be open to joining Sassuolo but they have not made an offer for him yet.

There appears to be a standstill from Bergamo on the fee now and it remains to be seen if Inter will just accept the €15 million so that they can get some cash through the door or if they will hold out for a higher fee as they have wanted all along.
