Chelsea are preparing to make an offer for Inter youngster Cesare Casadei who was mentioned in Romelu Lukaku negotiations, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As has been reported by Gianluca Di Marzio on his website, the Premier League side want to sign the Italian youngster on a permanent deal and they are getting ready to make an offer for him.
The player was mentioned when the loan deal for Romelu Lukaku was being negotiated but Inter did not want to include counterparts in that deal.
Chelsea have not forgotten about him though and have already initiated contact which will be followed by an official offer.
Inter were trying to use the Italian in the negotiation for Gleison Bremer from Torino but they were making sure to have a buy-back clause so they do not lose total control of him.
It is not clear if Chelsea would be open to a buy-back clause or not at this stage.
