Fiorentina have asked Inter target Nikola Milenkovic to give them an answer about his future by August 4, according to a report in the Italian print media today.
As has been reported by Florence-based newspaper La Nazione, La Viola want to know if their Serbian defender will be signing a new contract or not by early August.
The defender is the subject of interest from Inter who view him as a viable replacement for Milan Skriniar should the Slovakian be sold late in the window after a big bid from a wealthy club.
Juventus are another team that could make a move from him and it seems that Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur are in the picture too.
The Serbian is thought to be interested in making a move but this ultimatum from Fiorentina could force him to sign a new contract rather than risk no one signing him and having to run out his contract.
