Atalanta have offered Inter €17 million plus add-ons for striker Andrea Pinamonti, and are willing to include a buyback option in the deal.
This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that La Dea are pushing to get a deal done for the 23-year-old ahead of Sassuolo.
Atalanta have been for some time one of the clubs most interested in Pinamonti’s signature for next season, whilst on the player’s part they would be a welcome destination.
However, the Lombard team have struggled to afford a deal and so they have yet to make an offer which is sufficient to convince the Nerazzurri to get a deal done.
However, Atalanta are now ready to put forward €17 million plus add-ons, getting them very close to Inter’s asking price, whilst their willingness to agree to a buyback clause could also be crucial given that this is something that the Nerazzurri have been demanding.
La Dea are aware of the interest of Sassuolo in signing Pinamonti if they drag their heels, and so they are starting to hurry up in trying to sign him.
